Some rooms are interconnecting. Most of the family rooms have pull out single beds but one has bunk beds. Kids stay free if sharing with parents. They are only charged for meals taken.

- Take the M6.
- Exit at junction 40.
- Join the A66 towards Brough.
- Take the Appleby turn-off and turn right immediately.
- Follow road for half a mile.
From the East:
- Take the A1 (Scotch Corner).
- Join the follow A66 towards Penrith.
- Take the Appleby turn-off.
- Follow road for two-thirds of a mile.
- Take the first right.
- Take the second left.
- Follow the road for a quarter of a mile.
From the South:
- Take the M6.
- Exit at junction 38.
- Take the B6260 to Appleby.
- Drive through the town to a T-Junction; turn left.
- Take the first right.
- Follow road for two thirds of a mile.
